Return policy

1. Overview

At VAYS Infinite Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to make every shopping experience a pleasant one. Our return policy is designed to accommodate returns in a fair and transparent manner, especially considering the multi-vendor nature of our marketplace.


2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or broken

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Item not as described or different from what was ordered

  • Item missing parts or accessories

  • Product delivered in a tampered or unsealed condition

Note: Return eligibility may vary depending on the seller and the product category. Certain products may not be eligible for return.


3. Return Window

Customers must initiate a return request within [7–10 days] from the date of delivery.

Late requests may be rejected unless there is a valid reason or a vendor exception.


4. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Log in to your VAYS Infinite account

  2. Navigate to ‘My Orders’

  3. Select the item you want to return

  4. Click on ‘Return Item’ and choose a reason

  5. Upload supporting images or videos (if applicable)

  6. Submit the request

Once the request is submitted, the vendor will review and approve/reject the return.


5. Pickup & Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, a courier pickup will be arranged at the delivery address.

  • In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back using a recommended courier partner.

  • Return shipping charges may be covered by the vendor if the issue is on their side (defect, wrong item, etc.).


6. Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • With original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation

Returned items not meeting these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards/vouchers


8. Return Approval and Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the vendor will approve the return.

  • Upon approval, a refund or replacement will be issued as per your preference (if available).

  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.


9. Vendor-Specific Return Policies

As we are a multi-vendor platform, some sellers may have their own return policies. Please review the product page for any seller-specific terms before placing your order.
