Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
Item received is damaged, defective, or broken
Wrong item delivered
Item not as described or different from what was ordered
Item missing parts or accessories
Product delivered in a tampered or unsealed condition
Note: Return eligibility may vary depending on the seller and the product category. Certain products may not be eligible for return.
Customers must initiate a return request within [7–10 days] from the date of delivery.
Late requests may be rejected unless there is a valid reason or a vendor exception.
To return an item:
Log in to your VAYS Infinite account
Navigate to ‘My Orders’
Select the item you want to return
Click on ‘Return Item’ and choose a reason
Upload supporting images or videos (if applicable)
Submit the request
Once the request is submitted, the vendor will review and approve/reject the return.
For approved returns, a courier pickup will be arranged at the delivery address.
In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back using a recommended courier partner.
Return shipping charges may be covered by the vendor if the issue is on their side (defect, wrong item, etc.).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
With original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact
Accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation
Returned items not meeting these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Certain product categories are non-returnable, including:
Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
Customized or personalized products
Digital/downloadable products
Gift cards/vouchers
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the vendor will approve the return.
Upon approval, a refund or replacement will be issued as per your preference (if available).
Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
